Urayasu Robocare Center Representative

Hello, everyone. My name is Sakaguchi, and I am the representative. I have a family of four, including my wife and two sons. My eldest son suffered a spinal cord injury in a traffic accident when he was two years old, leaving him dependent on a wheelchair for every aspect of his daily life. Around 2006, when the accident occurred, the advanced medical care and rehabilitation systems we have today did not yet exist; consequently, I took my family to the United States for his rehabilitation. There, I gained a wealth of knowledge and experience, and—above all—found the inspiration to build a happy family.

After returning to Japan and navigating various challenges, I realized there were many others in situations similar to ours; consequently, I opened Studio Trunk in Urayasu City, Chiba Prefecture, in 2013, and later opened the Kiba Robo-Care Center (now closed) in 2025.

While there are still many challenges to address and areas where I lack experience, I hope to share the wonderful benefits of health and exercise with as many people as possible and help them lead lives filled with smiles.
